Drywall!

The ductwork for the exhaust is being installed using exposed spiral duct.















The smaller duct can be installed from ladders but the larger 22" diameter sections will need to be done from a scissor lift.

ROUGH MEP AND FRAMING SIGN OFF!

Yesterday we had our first round of inspections for mechanical, electrical and plumbing. We had only minor corrections and had everything corrected that day. Framing inspection was this AM and we are cleared to close up the walls.

Week 4: Day 1

Most of the rough framing, electrical, plumbing and mechanical is in and ready for inspection.

Week 3: Day 1

Fitdog Sports Club is a 5000sf indoor full service doggie day care and boarding center located In Santa Monica. They provide daycare, boarding, grooming, training and sports activites. Check out the facility details at http://www.fitdogsportsclub.com/

Synthesis designed and won the bid for construction of the facility.

This is what the space looked like before we started Demo. Most of the walls and ceilings were removed by the previous tenant. The existing bathrooms and front room were left.















After demolition, all that was left were a few walls that are being reused for the new break room, office, bathroom & grooming rooms.

Construction has begun

We have completed demolition and are currently doing rough framing, rough electrical and rough plumbing. Construction photos will be posted tomorrow.
